The inherent characteristics of vinyl make it an ideal material for sheet piling. The applications where sheet piling is used are brutal and unforgiving…heavy loads, salt water, marine borers, corrosive chemicals, and so on. Traditional materials such as treated wood, concrete, and steel, simply don't last; vinyl does. Our ShoreGuard Vinyl Sheet Piling is made with more than 90% recycled content. Only the exterior of the product has virgin vinyl material. We do this with a proprietary technology called XCR. This technology utilizes two separate extrusion machines to orient all the virgin material in the exterior of the finished product.
